In some instances that foil may be supplied as rolled example -H18
temper condition for a particular end use. This is the case for instance in
blister packaging for pharmaceutical application.

At GARMCO FOIL MILL CO.W.L.L. high quality foil stock is supplied
by GARMCO. This foil stock is supplied in a range of alloys and to specified
thickness and temper for subsequent rolling into foil products. Foil is
generally produced from alloys in the 1xxx, 3xxx and 8xxx series.

The GARMCO Foil Mill is well equipped with machineries and experienced
professional staffs to support customer to provide solutions for customer needs
in product development and to meet customer quality requirements in line with
agreed standards in an increasingly demanding and competitive market.

companies throughout the Middle East region using foil for use in
air-conditioning applications, foil container manufacture, printing of foil for
various lidding applications and household foil use. Various foil material
specifications are supplied to meet the demanding needs of these customers and
to international standards for foil.

The GARMCO Foil Mill is capable of producing foil from 0.014mm to
0.22mm in thickness and from 100mm to 930mm in width supplied in coil form on
aluminium or steel cores.

The equipment in the Foil Mill includes:

Three 4-High rolling mills with automatic gauge control

Slitters one fitted with a lubrication applicator for foil container stock

Separator for pack or doubled rolled foil

Coil annealing furnaces including one brand new furnace from OTTO JNKER in
Germany with state of the art hardware and software for temperature control

Modern and fully equipped Quality Control facility for testing of process
variables and the product quality

Pilot anneal ovens for establishing the optimum temperature cycles
The foil material is packed suitably for both transport by road as a 22 tonne
maximum net weight load and in container for sea transport of if required by
air cargo. The packing is designed to provide suitable protection to the foil
to prevent damage and surface oxidation (corrosion) to the foil. All
documentation is provided with each foil consignment such as the Packing List,
Invoice, Test Certificate, Customs Notification and Certificate of Origin.
